Gelipsis is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, username, password
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type and technical details sent with each request, used for security and to prevent abuse
  • Trading Preferences: Asset filters, AI signal settings, favorites
  • Community Interactions: Comments, posts, likes within the platform
  • Subscription Data: your plan, subscription status, trial dates, and the customer and subscription IDs our payment processor assigns to you
  • AI Assistant Messages: the questions you send to the AI assistant

Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the platform's functionality
  • Personalize your experience and AI signals
  • Send relevant notifications and updates
  • Respond to support inquiries
  • Ensure the safety and integrity of the platform

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use a secure cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not currently use third-party analytics tools. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages. 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share your data with:

  • Service providers that run the platform for us: hosting, database and caching providers, our payment processor (Stripe), and the AI model providers that generate signals and answer your assistant questions. They only receive what they need to do that work.
  • Legal authorities if required by law
  • A successor company, if Gelipsis is merged, acquired or sold, with the same protections for your data

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access or correct your personal data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to certain data uses
  • Withdraw consent

7. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Settings; deleting it cancels any subscription and removes your data, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons, such as payment records held by our payment processors.

8. Children's Privacy

Gelipsis is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised summary of changes.
