Welcome to Gelipsis. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Overview

Gelipsis provides AI-powered trading signals, market insights, educational resources, and a social community for users interested in financial markets. The service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gelipsis. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial and Billing

Gelipsis is offered as a paid subscription. The price is $19.99 USD per month or $199.99 USD per year, plus any applicable taxes. The price shown when you subscribe is the price you pay.

  • Free trial: every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment method is needed to start it. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and paid features pause until you subscribe.
  • Subscribing during the trial: if you subscribe while your trial is still running, you are not charged until the trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account menu. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for unused time after you cancel, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
  • Price changes: if we change the price, we will tell existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new price applies to them. You can cancel before then.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause paid features until it is resolved.
  • Payment processing: payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When your trial or subscription ends, your account, watchlist and Academy progress stay available. New signals and options plays are paused until you subscribe.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not share or redistribute proprietary content without permission
  • Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform

6. AI-Generated Content & Signals

Gelipsis provides trading signals and insights generated by artificial intelligence. These are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.

7. Community Guidelines

All users are expected to engage respectfully in community features. We do not tolerate abusive, discriminatory, or spammy behavior. Gelipsis reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including branding, design, software, and AI models, are the property of Gelipsis or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

10. Disclaimers

Gelipsis does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of signals or data. Trading involves risk, and you agree to use the platform at your own discretion and responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gelipsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
